The BioDorf site gives you superb online shop organic/bio/good quality products mostly directly from the farmers. If the product is imported due to good quality from other countries or by any other means, the information about this will be informed directly under the product description. We have set the below terms and condition under which you are allowed to use the site. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before accepting it. If you accept the terms and conditions we assume that you fully agree/accept with our terms and conditions.

1. Definitions
   1. “You” and “Your” means the person ordering Products from BIODORF, who must be over 18 years of age.
   2. “BIODORF” or “We” or “Us” or “Our” means BIODORF company whose registered office is at BIODORF, Sri Divya Sai Sri Thrinath Residency, Tadigadapa-521137, Penamaluru mandal, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
   3. “Account” means Your details and shopping history which is created when You register to shop through the Our Site.
   4. “Deliver” means Us delivering the products that You order to the address stated in Your order (and that address must be within Our delivery area) and “Delivery” and “Delivered” shall be interpreted accordingly.
   5. “Collect” means You collecting the products that You order from the BIODORF website at address that is stated in Your order (and that address must be within Our collection area) and “Collection”, “Collecting” and “Collected” shall be interpreted accordingly.
   6. “Let Us Know”/”Inform Us”/”Mail Us” means change or cancel Your order via Our Site Contact Us form. You may also write to Our E-Mail address “info@biodorf.com”.
   7. “Site” or “Website” means Our Website at https://www.BioDorf.com
2. Terms of Use
   1. From time to time it will be necessary for Us to carry out maintenance on the Site which may result in occasional periods of downtime.
   2. We can’t promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the Site will be corrected.
   3. You can use the Site to browse and buy products and services from Us and to manage your account with Us but not for any other purpose.
   4. You must not use Your BioDorf email/username and password combination to access the Site, or any part of the Site, including Your shopping list or favorite items, from anyone else’s site. That is because access to the Site by commercial organizations, whether or not acting on behalf of Our customers, is strictly prohibited.

   1. We may update the Site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. Although we try to update the information on the Site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, that the content on the Site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
   2. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
   3. All rights, including without limitation any intellectual property rights, in any data on the Site, or any part of the Site, provided by Us or You, or any third party, such as for example Your shopping list or favorite items (the Data) will automatically be owned by BioDorf. You agree that You are not allowed to use the Data, or permit any third party to use it, without Our express permission. If the law prevents Us from automatically owning any rights in the Data, You now assign such rights to Us.
   4. You are responsible for configuring Your computer and corresponding programs or any other means in order to access the Site. You should use Your own virus protection software.
   5. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses or all other means to damage, stop or downgrade the Site. In case if You do, You would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and We will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing Your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, Your right to use the Website will cease immediately.

Sometimes to help You in Your shopping experience We may include links to other non BioDorf websites. As You would expect, BioDorf is not responsible for the content of those websites.

These terms of use are subject to jurisdiction of the Indian courts.

If We make any changes to these terms of use We will let You know as soon as possible by posting the changes on Our Site.

7. Registering as a Customer
   1. To place an order on Our Site You must be over 18 years of age, require Delivery in Our Delivery area or a Collection in Our collection catchment area and have a credit or debit card acceptable to Us in Your name.
   2. When You register You will create a username and password which You must use whenever You shop with Us. You must treat Your username and password as confidential and must not disclose it to any third party. Please keep this information in a safe place because You will be responsible for all activities and orders made under Your password and username. If You think that someone else may either know or be using Your username and password, please contact Us immediately.
   3. We reserve the right to decline a new customer registration or to suspend or disable Your Account at any time and at Our sole discretion.
8. Our Agreement
   1. Our Site invites You to buy products from Us. Once You have placed an order on the Site We will send You an order acknowledgement by email setting out what You have ordered and the price of Your order. This is not an order confirmation or acceptance from Us. A legally binding contract with You will only arise once We have completed Delivery of the products to You or You have completed Collection of the products from Us. At this time You become the owner of the products. This means that You will have no legal liability in connection with Your order until Delivery or Collection (as applicable) is completed.
   2. These terms regulate the supply of products to You by BioDorf. Any other terms, conditions or representations are excluded.
   3. The failure of BioDorf to take any action in respect of a breach of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of their enforceability. BioDorf reserves its rights in respect of these terms and conditions at all times.
9. Pricing

All items in the www.BioDorf.com are inclusive of GST as per the Indian Govt. rules and regulations. Delivery and collection are charged additionally. All the price details are listed when you actually order from the website and also it is listed in your order.

Shortage of popular products/items displayed on the Website. In case of any changes or shortage of times will be intimated. The reworked order will be sent you and your undelivered item will not be charged to you.

10. Refund and Cancellation

You can cancel the order any time prior to the shipping with appropriate approval from the BioDorf either by mail or fax confirmation. Since these products are highly valuable natural resources and limited seasonal stock from the farmers. Please pay attention while ordering. The ordered items will not be refunded. The user has the privilege to verify his/her ordered items before accepting it. In case the user is not happy and not satisfied with the services, contact us immediately. The company will send the return form; the customer has to fill the necessary details with valid reason with preapproval number in order to process refund. An email will be sent upon successful transaction.

11. Delivering your items
    1. We try to deliver the items within the time agreed as per your order. However there are certain situations our drivers or delivery partners may not deliver your orders. Instances as such
       1. Our delivery partner believes it is unsafe or impractical to approach a property
       2. Our delivery partner believes it is unsafe due to uncontrolled pets
       3. Our delivery partner cannot deliver due to bad weather.
    2. We can only deliver the orders within the our listed delivery areas and your address on the order or in our website should be within our delivery areas only. If your order is not the address where you live, we are not responsible for the order.
    3. Our commitment is to deliver Your order to Your front door or communal entrance. Where the only access to Your front door is by stairs, for example in an apartment block that does not have a lift; Our delivery partner will call You and arrange to meet You in a communal area on the ground floor for You to collect Your products. If You live in a block of flats and there is an accessible lift in working order, Our delivery partner will take the products to your front door. We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address. If Our delivery partner is able to deliver to your front door, they may offer to help unload the products into Your home, however there may be instances where this may not be possible which may include (but not be limited to):
       1. where Our delivery partner believes it is unsafe or impractical to enter the property;
       2. where Our delivery partner has not received clear permission to enter the property;
       3. where Our delivery partner is required to carry the products a distance which s/he believes to be unreasonable.
    4. In case of there is no one at the Delivery address who is 18 years of age or over, We’ll leave notification of Our visit and will return the products to Our store. We’ll then contact You to arrange re-Delivery at a convenient time. You may have to pay another Delivery charge for this. Customers who are lucky enough not to look 25 or over, will be asked by Our driver to provide proof of age to show that they are 18 or over. Orders can only be Delivered to persons over 18 years of age to ensure that We comply with laws regarding the sale of age-restricted products.

12. Collecting your items
    1. Ownership of, and risk in, the products will pass to you once you collected your order.
    2. We always aim for You to be able to Collect Your order within the Collection slot We have agreed with You, but We cannot accept liability if We provide the products for Collection outside of this slot or do not provide all or any of the products in Your Collection order.
    3. We can only allow collection of orders from the address stated in Your order. The correctness of the address stated in your order or address stated in your personal details of the website should be up to date and correct. We are not responsible for wrong or incorrect information.
    4. For security reasons, our colleague will ask you a security question at the point of collection of your order.
    5. If you are not at home and you want your order to be delivered to your neighbor, you should inform prior to the order and it should be confirmed from the staff. Any other means we are not responsible for the.
    6. If there is no one to collect Your order at the Collection point who is 18 years of age or over, We will notify You and return the products to Our store. We’ll then contact You to re-arrange Collection at a convenient time. You may have to pay another Collection charge for this. Customers who are lucky enough not to look 25 or over, will be asked by Our Collection colleague to provide proof of age to show that they are 18 or over. Orders can only be Collected by persons over 18 years of age to ensure that We comply with laws regarding the sale of age-restricted products.

13. We are not Liable for
    1. The products/items sold to you on the basis that you are the consumer therefore we will not be liable for any special losses that you might suffer using, re-distributing or reselling the good as part of a business.
    2. We are not liable for the products once they are delivered to delivery address mentioned in the order with the exception of faulty items delivered. In case of faulty products the company should be informed immediately upon receiving the order at delivery address. If any other means that you ask/request the delivery agent/company/party to move, transport or deliver the products to any other address following our delivery or your collection, we shall not be liable for anything that the party might do to the products.
    3. As a consumer you neither have any legal rights, nor have any limit the liability for death or personal injury or damage resulting from our breach of contract or breach of trust or negligence.
    4. We take every care to Deliver Your order or provide Your order for Collection (as applicable), We cannot be liable for any indirect or consequential loss/damage/loss of profits or reliance You had in having the products Delivered to You or having the products available for Collection from Us, arising out of Our supply or failure to supply the products to You.

14. Use of Cards

We are using with the authorized payment gate way with CCAvenue. In case of any misuse of your cards, please inform us within 24 hours of finding out. You must also tell your card issuer about the misuse or theft within time limits. You agree your card scheme rules. We don’t store your card details in our website or any other means. In case of changes/updates to the payments or payment systems will be intimated/informed to all registered members through mail or any other possible communication means. You agree to this usage of cards and intimation for modifications/updates.

15. Expiry Dates
    1. The colleagues are well trained with the package of your order items and are well aware of expiry dates (just as you see yourself in your regular store). However some fresh form produced items are having very less time to expire such as 2 or 3 days when they are delivered or collected. A typical stamp with our logo is present on the products about expiry dates and packing details.
    2. We avoid usage of plastic bags for environmental purpose. But incase if we use for packaging, it is as per the govt. regulatory norms for the packaging for food items with plastic bags.
